I have 15 valuable years of experience in commercial real estate and have had the privilege of working with some incredible companies throughout my career. As a commercial real estate broker, I have advised companies such as Dorsey & Whitney, Aspect Consulting, MacDonald-Miller, Northwestern Mutual, Atlas Workbase, and Thompson Reuters, among others. I am a hands-on broker that remains engaged throughout the entire real estate cycle: starting with strategic planning that helps define a company’s needs, leading into site selection, lease negotiation, budgeting, vendor selection, construction management, space commissioning, and post-move employee feedback and follow-up. My approach to brokerage was shaped by the 9 years I spent as a commercial property manager with Hines. It was there that I managed a team that oversaw the Stanford Research Park and more than 1.6 million square feet of commercial space for tenants such as Facebook, Skype, Lockheed Martin, and Stanford Hospital. The skills I honed during my time there have made me a better broker – one who understands how commercial buildings operate and how a lease is serviced over time (after most brokers have moved on). This unique perspective – coupled with a focus on high-touch customer service – led to the success that have won me awards and accolades from my peers. These awards reflect the qualities that have become the cornerstones of my business: that relationships should be built on trust, integrity, and mutual respect. My passion is helping companies navigate one of the largest and most expensive business decisions they will ever make. Leasing or purchasing office space can be a scary and complex process, but I will be there for my clients every step along the way. I pride myself in building lasting relationships that extend beyond the initial transaction and will act as an advisor to my clients whenever needed. I love tackling tough problems, answering oddball questions, and meeting new people. I want to learn something new every day. My goal is to be the best at what I do so long as I am doing it with integrity. I love baseball, movies and spending time with my wife and kids. Reach out if you have a need – I’d love to chat.
