Hi! My name is Andrew Theisen and I have been video editing for about 5 years. During my time at Rowan University, I was able to utilize knowledge I was gaining to further my skills in video editing, as well as understand the importance of time management for projects to be completed in a timely manner. I would say one of the biggest takeaways I learned during my time at university was knowing how to work with a team to meet an end goal. Being someone who is a team player is what allows projects to be completed efficiently and meet deadlines.When it comes to me, I view myself as a hard worker who makes sure to do everything I can to make sure I complete tasks to the best of my ability. I always think of my work being admired, and I believe that is one of the biggest thoughts that keeps me working as hard as I do. My short-term goal as of now is to find a company or entity that I can work under to allow me to fully utilize my editing skills. I want to have work that I am proud to be apart of, and have projects that show my potential to future clients or businesses. For long-term goals, I want to have either one major client/business I am working for, or multiple smaller businesses/clients that I am constantly churning projects out for. I want to have an active work life, but I also want to have time for both myself and my family down the line.
