This closed all the procedural loops for the production floor by assuring accurate product delivery in both numbers required and conformance.• Organized dedicated yard space for all larger receivables; resulting in accurate counts within a 24-hour period, NO misplaced or lost materials, systematic storage of said materials and the ease of timely movement into the Plant for Job-specific production in an efficient/accurate method.• Deployed a series of designated areas and signs in the newly developed receiving yard; and monitored movement in the area on an hourly basis.
