Engaged by West Mercia Police to review its Data Management and Governance capability and design a three to five year strategy which I then designed a plan to implement appropriate solutions, structures, processes and put in place an overarching governance framework that encompasses end to end data management. My Advisory role covers policing operations data, demand management data, call handling data, crime data and HR data. All this whilst ensuring that the Force operates within appropriate regulatory and Home Office frameworks such as MoPI (Management of Police Information).

My initial first month was spent designing data management scope, a data governance framework, structure, high level end to end processes before being released after 1 month due to affect Covid-19 was having on UCAS financially and data management no longer a priority for the organisation.
