Over 15 years of experience in the metal forming and engineering sector, primarily focused on quality system management and quality assurance. Responsibilities have spanned a wide range, including internal and external system audits (in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and TS 16949), key involvement with new product introductions (NPI), advanced product quality planning (APQP), and developing comprehensive process routing and control plans - from raw material to finished product. Throughout career has gained valuable expertise across many project critical processes such as heat treatment, foundry work, steel drop forging, blacksmithing, precision engineering, CNC machining, powder metallurgy, material testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT). Additionally, has a well rounded experience in manufacture and assembly operations, as well as health and safety management.Experience extends to various sectors, including general engineering, railway, oil & gas, nuclear, defence, marine, automotive, agricultural, and some aerospace applications (AS9100D).
