In 2022, NSCW’s 26,299 events and activities spanned 71.6 percent of U.S. counties and generated 9,951 news stories, reaching 74.4 million unique readers, viewers, and listeners.

The American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence (ABCTE) is a nonprofit organization that provides talented professionals with an alternative route to teacher certification. As senior director of teacher recruitment and communications, Andrew managed a team of six full-time employees, developed partnerships with 20 public school districts to recruit 2,000 individuals to earn their teacher certification, secured approvals from officials in four states to offer additional subject level certifications, and served as the organization's lead spokesperson.
