Programme Manager for two Strategic Networks within NHS National Services Division:- National Police Care Network- Scottish Veterans Care Network

Providing and assisting with the organisation and logistics of their mountain biking tours in Scotland and around the world. My core responsibilities included making and managing accommodation arrangements, transportation and reservations for the tours, developing and maintaining efficient systems and relationships with suppliers and service providers, and providing administrative support for a wide variety of office systems. Furthermore, I was placed in charge of a side-project for the company, researching and developing a bike shop group tour scheme to sell to their customers.

Overseeing and contributing to the smooth running of all promotional activity provided by Seed Marketing for a series of local and nationwide events for a variety of international companies

Put in charge of co-coordinating and managing a series of pop-up concerts in picturesque locations all over the Lake District to promote the opening of the Festival. This was the first time a venture like this was attempted for the Festival in order to optimise exposure all over the county and was very well received by the public.

Initially employed as an Events Intern, my role within the festival team was greatly enhanced following a relocating and re-branding of the event. Put in charge of selecting and programming mid/lower tier artists and non-music ents. Further duties involved finalising contracts/riders, sorting accommodation and travel and acting as a first point of contact for all artists at the festival, as well as assisting the Event Manager with festival planning and logistics

Put in charge of creating a new event within a popular Aberdeen nightclub. Duties included hiring an Event team, creating rotas and spearheading all promotional activity, as well as branding the event and helping create materials and artwork. Furthermore, a live music stage for acoustic musicians was created within the club, something that had not been done before, the success of which meant we could hire popular chart musicians to come along and perform.

Promoted from Bar Staff to Supervisor of a busy pub and restaurant in Aberdeen City Centre. This included running the bar and restaurant and ensuring all staff worked diligently and maintained excellent customer service standards, helping create rotas, replenishing stock and resolving any issues with staff or customers

Assisting with the planning and delivery of all events of a successful Classical music festival (around 50 events in 2 weeks). This included carrying out seating plans, providing immaculate customer service and hospitality to all customers, ensuring all artist's needs were met, and assisting the Event Manager

Assigned with either leading or assisting with groups and individuals on a tour of this historic and popular site, I was responsible for ensuring the tourists (domestic and international) were provided with accurate information and making their visit to the Palace as enjoyable as possible. I was also placed on reception sporadically during this period, consisting of welcoming visitors to the Palace, issuing tickets, cashing up, making bookings and arranging meetings, maintaining office supplies and other administrative duties.
