We are a specialized physical therapy clinic, focusing on providing high- quality, skilled and compassionate care that is based on the most current research available for men, women and children with pelvic floor dysfunction in the Metro Atlanta area.

Responsible for raising funds for specific community outreach initiatives such as our Scouting programs in the Westside of Atlanta through building key relationships with community leaders.Through extensive volunteer coordination, collaboration and a twelve month project timeline, executes a successful $1.3 Million golf tournament. Facilitates all levels of engagement, including fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and event logistics including lodging. 450 business leaders attend this two day, golf tournament, auction, and dinner to benefit the Atlanta community.Leads a team of over 50 staff throughout a twelve month planning process which results in a fundraising luncheon raising $2.2 Million with over 1600 in attendance. Manages all logistics including budget management, project schedule creation, contract negotiation and all pre event and event day logistics. Emphasis on building strategies for cultivating and initiating donor relationships, with special focus on large, multi-year gifts. Facilitates quality engagement of high-profile volunteer leadership and senior executives.Collaborates with key community leaders to identify, recruit and on board new members to our Board of Directors.

Through strong communication skills, led a large staff and volunteer team to raise over $3 Million in 2016 and $3.2 Million in 2017 in direct contributions for the Atlanta community.Collaborated with key community leaders to identify, recruit and on board new members to our Board of Directors.While working with a volunteer committee, strong event planning and budget management, we executed the Corporate Classic Golf Tournament resulting in $291,000 net for the community.With the collaboration of over 100 volunteers, we executed a successful Sporting Clays Tournament raising over $307,000 net.

Regional Director covering Newton and Rockdale Counties, North Dekalb County including Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Druid Hills, Tucker, North Decatur as well as parts of Fulton County including North Avenue, Virginia Highlands, Midtown and Buckhead, Moreland, Boulevard, Little Five Points, Memorial, Downtown Atlanta, Auburn Avenue, Courtland, Sandy Springs, and East Lake.Through cross departmental collaboration and team building, led a staff of 35 and several hundred volunteer team to raise $1,034,641 in annual campaign contributions, which directly benefited the youth of Atlanta.Led a team of five executives in coordinating programs for 6,492 and 132 partnering organizations.Through strong communication and the identification, recruitment and management of volunteers, our team raised over $560,000 through annual contributions to be reinvested back into the Atlanta community.

Regional Director covering Greenville, Laurens, and Newberry counties in the Upstate of South Carolina.Led a team of four executives while implementing strategic plans throughout our region serving 6,274 youth.Through proper budget management as well as strong relationship building, our team was responsible for generating $1.2 million of our annual operating budget.Coordinated all external affairs and public relations as well as marketing efforts while strengthening relationships with key business and community leaders.Developed the inaugural fundraising event for our territory. Through strong budget management and project schedule management, recruited a team of 45 business leaders and through collaboration and motivation, raised over $35,000.Selected by the Southern Region Director of the Boy Scouts America to serve on the Southern Region Advisory Committee for 2011-2012. This committee was comprised of an elite group of Executives in the Southern Region who were charged to analyze issues within the organization and discuss solutions to fix said issues, maximize business optimization and grow Scouting.Gave leadership to and directly led 60 staff in the implementation of our youth development day. Through strategic planning, and a strong project schedule, we designed a program over a seven month period which was successfully utilized by over 800 youth.

Served as the Senior Territory Manager for central Greenville County.Built and led a team of over 1300 volunteers to execute on the mission of Scouting for Greenville county.Through communication and collaboration with community leaders and influencers, grew our territory fundraising efforts 37% during my tenure. Through the collaboration with others, developed, planned and executed the inaugural Boy Scout fundraising event, raising $530,000 while leading a team of 55 volunteers enabling them to assist in recruiting 1,100 total attendees to this event.While utilizing a strong vision and proper project management, developed the inaugural Sports, Entertainment and Travel Auction which generated over $71,000 in revenueServed as the Camp Director for Camp Old Indian; a 1,000 acre camp in the foothills of South Carolina. Through proper team building and relationship building, recruited and led a staff of 63 while providing programs to over 2,500 youth, for 16 weeks during two summers. While camp director, through extensive customer analysis, process utilization,strong customer service and marketing, we attained a 12.7% increase in attendance during my service as Camp Director.While camp director, through proper budget and project management, oversaw the implementation of a $465,000 operating budget while also overseeing risk management, camp operation, property management as well accounting and payroll.
