Responsible for concept, development, and implementation of the “Quest for Learning” education model. The vision is to provide inspiration, guidance, and hope to students, parents, and teachers in our American K-12 schools. The mission is to allow American kids to seek, explore, and discover their strengths, passions, hopes, and dreams. The goal is to provide kids with an awareness and understanding of life after high school.

Responsible for the development and deployment of lean and efficient technologies, processes, and tools throughout the Boeing Company. Area of focus was common processes and procedures for the Engineering and Operation functions.
