Based out of Jasper, Indiana, it has hundreds of dealers across the U.S. and serves the healthcare, finance, technology, financial, higher education and other industries.Here I worked with the IT Infrastructure team to handle support and change requests for desktops, laptops, CNC equipment and mobile devices (predominantly BlackBerry). I helped deploy and manage mobile devices, worked with end users and senior application developers on requirements analysis, and modified web applications using VB, ASP.NET and SQL.

Augustine Consulting, Inc. (ACI Edge) is a multi-disciplinary company that specializes in systems integration, engineering services, product development and operations research and analysis. My work here was primarily as a part of the LandWarrior project, a United States Army program that uses a combination of commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) and military gear and equipment to provide communications and command and control (C2) at the infantry soldier level.In this position, I worked with a small group on testing, improving, fielding and supporting the complete LandWarrior system and related equipment. I provided technical feedback to various levels of LandWarrior software/systems engineers concerning network and system performance by accurately identifying and reporting connectivity issues, forwarding unit requests and team observations for added functionality, and conducting tests in support of testing for Army integration. I helped develop best practices, training programs and user documentation, as well as conducting and documenting further tests on issues. I also configured, monitored and maintained network configuration and operation and provided certified classroom instruction on the functions and operation of the LandWarrior ensemble and associated peripherals.Due to the nature of my work, my Secret security clearance was verified and kept active while working with ACI.

Much of my time in the Army was under the 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) based out of Fort Lewis, Washington. As a member of the military, I was afforded an extensive amount of training and professional development along with diverse experiences for application, helping me to become much more versatile. Granted a Secret security clearance. Honorably discharged.# Planned and modified equipment for installation in a new range extension system that was adopted throughout the organization and trained sister units on internally hardwired systems.# Supervised and mentored soldiers, ranging from a small team to large and very diverse groups. Conducted performance evaluations and oversaw professional development and training.# Supervised, installed and maintained three voice and data radio retransmission sites in support of OIF ‘07/’08.
