I have over twenty years of industry experience designing, delivering, maintaining and overseeing technicalinfrastructure solutions for some of the biggest brands across Australia and the UK in a diverse range ofsectors including retail, corporate and government.I have expertise in all levels of the technology infrastructure stack, from the fundamental protocol level (DNS,TCP etc) through to modern cloud architecture models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) in a variety of cloud environments(AWS, Azure).In my role as an Operations Manager I have managed the sometimes competing priorities of availability, cost,operation and deployment, security, as well as overseeing operational Incident Response activities.
