About Andrew Roblyer

With over 16 years of experience in teaching, training, and curriculum development, I am passionate about enhancing education through experiential learning and assessment. As the Director of Experiential Learning and Assessment at UTMB John Sealy School of Medicine, I lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative and culturally-sensitive learning programs for students, faculty, and staff.My expertise in clinical simulation, adult learning theory, instructional design, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) enables me to create engaging and effective learning experiences that foster critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. In addition, I am a seasoned speaker and facilitator, having delivered multiple workshops and presentations on various topics, including DEI, public speaking, and acting. I am also the only three-time TEDx speaker in TEDxTAMU history. My mission is to empower learners and educators to achieve excellence and impact.
