After a Character building career in Cotton Chipping at Boggabri - and a very good time at Uni at Newcastle, I moved to Sydney and founded the Announcer Group of Companies. It was my vision to establish (in 1996 ) an integrated team of specialist financial advisers that specialised in the needs of time poor executives and their families, which has evolved into one of Australia’s largest privately owned firms. In 2018 we joined Infocus and are now national.I love business and in particular the people that make things happen. I have a passion for teamwork and building confidence and energy in others based around clear shared values. Its lots of fun..In 2020 I have jumped in to help out the good guys out at Ensombl (XY Adviser), Vital Business Partners (VBP) , Legacy Wills and LYDIAN.Now for the background stuff (i.e. I am a human - and not a robot)I grew up in PNG, then Adelaide, then Camden, then Boggabri, attended a great boarding school and University where I was lucky enough to meet AJ, who is now my wife and mother of three great kids, Isaac, Oscar and Ellison. AJ and I started Announcer with a credit card and a dream and are both involved in Announcer.I like to spend time with the kids and enjoy coaching them in the soccer, baseball, cricket, and basketball pursuits.
