I represent management clients in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, and have extensive federal and state court litigation experience defending the interests of employers and management clients in employment discrimination and retaliation lawsuits. My litigation experience includes the defense of claims under all equal employment opportunity laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and Section 1981. I also have experience defending employers in federal whistleblower retaliation lawsuits, and in individual and collective actions under the FLSA and related state laws. I represent management in labor-management relations matters under the National Labor Relations Act, as well as under state law, including negotiation and arbitration of collective bargaining agreements, grievance arbitration and defense of unfair labor practice charges. I also represent employers in matters related to the negotiation and enforcement of employment agreements, non-compete agreements and the misappropriation of trade secrets.
