I’ve been investing in real estate for 19 years and syndicating for over 8 years. I'm currently buying multi-family and mixed-use buildings with investors who like to partner with and learn from a seasoned investor or take more of a hands-off approach and simply enjoying receiving quarterly checks and passive income!Forteva invests in neighborhood retail, mixed-use buildings and apartment buildings located in South Minneapolis along the Light Rail Corridor. We re-develop under utilized buildings that have the potential to become something amazing for the whole community. With our vision for transformation, knowledge of the local real estate sub-market and expertise in construction/re-development, we maximize the use of the property and the return to our investors.
