Shatterproof is working to create systemic changes in the way we prevent, treat and manage substance use disorders (SUDs) in the US. With record numbers of Americans falling prey to addiction and rising death tolls due to overdoses from lethal opioids, this epidemic must be reversed. Shatterproof is leading the way.

As the architect of the company's steady growth over many years, my responsibilities included developing the company's vision & growth strategy, building & leading the executive team, software and AI-based product development, taking the company through a Lean transformation and driving innovation. Co-led the acquisition and turnaround of a major U.S. shipyard (Cascade General), providing ship repair and conversion services to international shipping companies. Grew business from $44 million to $130 million in annual sales, and West Coast market leadership. Customers included major oil companies, cruise ship lines, US Navy, etc.

Venture-backed start-up which grew to international market leadership in industrial assembly robotics, machine vision, motion controls and factory automation software. Started and built the international division to $15 million in sales and European market leadership.
