My ability to break down complex problems and develop solutions in high-pressure and ambiguous scenarios has been key. On top of many years managing manufacturing operations in challenging industrial relations environments and against ongoing cost pressures, I bring a strong track record in the fundamentals of how to uplift OEE, quality and safety across multiple sites and global supply chains. On a personal level, remaining close to operations, people and customers has been central to my success. I focus on getting to the core of issues to develop practical and workable solutions while remaining abreast of key risks and opportunities for improvement.
