I am an experienced director with multiple disciplines having acted as MD, FD and Director of Engineering.I have 20years experience of taking responsibility for financial; IT; project management; risk management and mergers & acquisitions and in taking lead role in responding to crises and opportunities. My strengths are in building long term relationships with customers; suppliers and other stakeholders and in effective negotiation of contentious issues. I have consistently delivered significant improvements through effective rationalisation of business processes and by establishing new business models. I have been instrumental in establishing and maintaining quality; H&S; R&D project and HR (IIP) procedures.Having worked both as a part time and full time executive in different sized businesses in numerous sectors I not only have a depth and breadth of experience but also am comfortable in taking on new and unusual challenges and quickly getting up to speed on the legal, governance and business issues pertinent to that enterprise.
