After transforming myself physically by losing 40 lbs as an Equinox member, I joined the brand with a passion to help others maximize their performance by optimizing their health. Representing Equinox’s “High-Performance Living Programs”, I added value by serving as the primary point-person for more than 1,500 individual clients.The most rewarding aspect was celebrating the achievements and breakthroughs of my clients, many of whom remain personal and have continued as clients of Cambium Group.

Following a successful five-year development initiative with Young Life, I was recruited to lead a capital campaign that raised $1.3MM to install a geothermal energy system in a historic landmark facility.As a leader in its community, Huguenot Memorial Church was compelled to continue its legacy by creating a sustainable church model that wisely managed finances, stewarded the earth’s natural resources and established partnerships with other service organizations.Sustainable Huguenot accomplished the removal of an antiquated oil-based heating system, installed geothermal heating and cooling systems, as well as improved insulation & lighting to maximize efficiency.The project’s success mitigated an environmental threat and eliminated the burden of rising energy costs. It was a privilege to play the lead role in creating sustainability and enhancing an organization's service to its community for generations to come.

As an Area Director with Young Life, a global leadership organization that guides adolescents into mature adulthood, I launched and oversaw multiple initiatives that reached hundreds of students weekly throughout Fairfield County, CT.I developed a steering Committee of community leaders and volunteers who mentored students and increased charitable giving by 200% over five years. The experience that had the biggest impact on me personally was serving students with cognitive and physical disabilities.

I helped lead the Men’s Varsity Hockey Team to two FCIAC Championships (2006, 2008) and two CIAC State Frozen Four appearances (2007, 2010). Many of those student-athletes went on to college hockey and even professional playing careers. Since then, it has been a joy to keep in touch with many former players and continue to celebrate their life’s achievements.

I was 2 ½ years old when I took my first strides on ice skates and discovered my love of hockey. At age 11, I turned that passion into my first job and began officiating youth ice hockey. I continued officiating throughout college and eventually officiated Juniors, DII & DIII college hockey. I was selected to attend USA Hockey’s Officiating Development Camps and was nominated by the coaches of the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) to officiate the Men’s Varsity State Hockey Tournament all four years of my undergraduate career.

As a marketing intern for Newport Music Hall, the longest continually running rock club in America, I sold group ticket packages and promoted events for multiple concert venues. The most memorable aspect of this experience was seeing free shows including Blink 182, O.A.R., Fall Out Boy, Modest Mouse, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and countless others from that incredible era of music.
