Working with stakeholders, I was able to understand client goals and strategy and translate that into a relatively complex workflow on our visual team that guaranteed success and quality products delivered in a timely fashion.Outside of my management duties, my role was to work closely with department heads to dream up hundreds of integrated design projects over a three-year period for a postal radius not limited to 150,000 people. Our reach online extended into the multi-millions in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.Responsibilities included: Management of a team of 12 people, Strategy, Art Direction, Integrated Execution, and construction of an established and connected Brand that connected language, and visual communications principles to shape a brand identity into the current day.
