I believe that drinking healthier coffee is one of the easiest things you can do to improve your wellness, performance, and longevity and should be considered a health food. Not all coffee is created equal and this sleeping super food can be improved by conscious sourcing and roasting. There seems to be a big disconnect from what science knows about the health benefits of coffee and that of the general public. At Purity Coffee, we want to forward the conversation about coffee and health and believe that drinking great coffee can reduce the risk of developing Type II Diabetes, reduce the risk of liver disease, and increase overall longevity. At Purity we are actively looking for collaborators in the study of coffee and health and to work with professionals who understand the value of food as medicine. In particular to work with experts on regenerative farming and soil conditions to improve the health benefits of the coffee in your cup.Aside from my passions related to coffee and health, and entrepreneurship, I enjoy traveling with my beautiful wife and daughter.
