A serial entrepreneur by trade, Andrew Salzbrun returned to his hometown after extended stints in Atlanta, GA. Upon his return, Salzbrun branded and revitalized local non-profit restaurant Venice on Vine, as well as initiated the expansion of Final Friday art gallery walks in the historic neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine.A partner in the human connection company, the AGAR, Andrew leverages human experiences, event production, digital platforms, music, art, and content design to grow culture for some of the world's biggest brands and cities across the country. Most notably, Andrew and his team at AGAR co-founded BLINK. A four-night, city-wide, art event that historically draws over two million visitors from around the Midwest. This award-winning biannual launched Salzbrun's work within the arts community to new heights. Over the 5 years, Andrew has curated and commissioned over 40 murals and art installations by international artists. These placemaking strategies have transformed small neighborhoods that are sparked by world-class public art and supported by entrepreneurial ventures. Andrew is also a partner in the Hickory Wald hospitality group based in Cincinnati, OH. With a portfolio of bars and restaurants, their group focuses on planting flags in communities to foster both economic and social growth in that neighborhood. Their flagship brand, Nation Kitchen & Bar, is an award-winning burger concept that has been awarded the prestige of "Best Burger in Cincinnati,"  "Best Burger in Ohio," and "Top 30 burgers in the U.S."A leader in the entrepreneurial community in Cincinnati, Andrew is a founding member of Unpolished, a platform for entrepreneurs to explore the intersection of faith and entrepreneurship. With its 4,000 members, Unpolished provides a home for entry-level to mature entrepreneurs to foster and grow their business. The success of Unpolished led to the launch of Ocean, a non-profit that serves entrepreneurs by providing access to training, community, and a foundation of faith on which to launch new organizations.Native to Cincinnati, OH and an active member of the OTR community, through social, philanthropic and business activities over the past seven years. Andrew's involvement with the OTR Chamber of Commerce, The Central Vine Street Business District and The Cincinnati Regional Chamber of Commerce has allowed him to develop a network that spurs economic development and create lasting impact in the communities he touches.
