I have excelled and gained experience while my time taking lead of Wells Fargo Technology stateside/offshore Digital Incident Response Team. This team supports troubleshooting for engineers,DEV, and Line of Business team members for Consumer and Wholesale applications in production. Additionally we provide 24x7x365 support for Technology escalations, customer communications, production changes, project planning/execution and process enhancements.Through ongoing corporate experience in technology I have learned to prioritize and maintain business operations by insuring productivity for client based applications. A positive customer experience along with innovative workflow's are among my top priorities. Managing incidents and preparing internal “run-books” from application data to streamline resolution is among my top duties along with preventative measures.
