Provide solutions, build and offer 3rd Level support to different areas of x86 infrastructure.- Build and support Windows Technologies (Clustering, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Remote Desktops Services, Domain Controllers, IIS, FTP, )-Build\ Upgrade and support VMware technologies (vCenter 5.x, ESXi 5.x, DRS, HA, vCloud Director, SRM, vShield Manager, vCOPs Enterprise & Integrated Adapters (SCOM, SQL, LOG Insight, SNMP, VCM, Hyperic, vCloud Director, EMC Storage Analytics), VCM, VIN, LogInsight, vCenter Heartbeat, Convertor, VUM, Veeam One)- Build and support visualized or bare-metal HP - BL DL G6, G7, Gen8 servers on AMD & Intel Platforms (HP SIM, VCEM), Datacenter Services for HP Proliant Servers- Test and optimize EUC solutions (Citix xenapp+xendesktops on VMware platforms), storage solutions (EMC VMAX&VNX, Violin, Ramsan)- Log support calls to 3rd Party (VMware, HP, Microsoft)- Create documentation for new build solutions, maintain existing documentation- Capacity, Planning, Trends or resource constrains on the Virtual Infrastructure using VCOPS- Create and maintain custom applications and publish custom dashboards for different teams using VCOPS Enterprise in custom interface- Use BMC Remedy Systems for incident and change management purpose- Use BMC Patrol, SCOM, VEEAM and VCOPS for monitoring purpose

Provide support and solutions to outsourced services:- VMware as part of Atos RO VM Team: install and configure ESXi hosts, upgrade ESX(i) hosts (4 to 5), Deploy, Create VM Templates (Windows OS),Troubleshoot Maintenance vSphere events (storage requirements, DRS, HA);- HP: Deployment (HP RDP - package updates maintenance, HP SmartStart), HW diagnostics on HP DL/BL/ML servers, HP SIM, Onboard Admin, Virtual Connect, ILO -configuration, diagnostics and maintenance; FW Upgrades, PSP, monitoring;- Dell: knowledge on Dell Chassis DRAC and Dell Blade servers maintenance and diagnostics, FW Drivers and reporting tools;- Manage and Maintain Windows Servers 2003/2008 (Server Management, Server Features and Roles - DHCP, DNS, Terminal Servers, Domain Controllers, IIS, FTP, WSUS, Shavlik, SCCM Patching);- Install, Configure, Manage and Troubleshoot MS Failover Clusters (2003/2008);- responsible on New Server Installation;- Work under BMC Remedy ticketing and reporting system;- Configure monitoring tools (BMC Patrol, Microsoft SCOM);- Configure AV Products (Symantec, F-Secure, Trend Micro, etc );
