Vice President Human Resources
Current- Develop, implement, and maintain companywide human resources, payroll and HRIS policies & procedures
- Support and make recommendations to the company leadership team on strategic business plans and objectives
- Responsible for all compensation programs and compensation analysis including updating management on updates to compensation laws and trends
- Ensure compliance with all federal and local laws and regulations, including compliance reporting such as EEO-1
- Create and manage HR & Payroll department financial annual budget
- Manage HR & Payroll related vendor and broker relationships and respective contracts
