I was a project manager intern for Bo-Mac Contractors, LTD., and worked on a project involving the construction of an intensive loading dock structure located on the Corpus Christi Bay in Portland, TX. I was able to shadow and learn from the project manager and performed many duties which included estimating materials, estimating costs, tracking production rates, creating document libraries, creating RFI’s, quoting potential projects, and coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors. While working on this project, I worked heavily with the project’s AutoCAD drawings and created supplemental drawings for RFI’s, material estimates and troubleshooting. During the internship, I gained necessary field experience and was able to understand the importance of coordination between design and construction.

I was a Grading Assistant for Mr. Selim's Statics Course, Dr. Jung's Dynamics course and Dr. Um's Strength of Materials course at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. Using the knowledge gained from the University, I was able to create solutions to problems using different approaches so that I could fully understand each student’s process when solving a problem. I mostly graded homework and quizzes, and also provided feedback so that each student could understand the correct process for solving the problems.
