Consulted on a project with GuestLogix in Canada to bring a mobile certification method to their new on-flight, on board product offering. I was the Danish project lead, working with a team from Denmark, India and Canada. As the project lead I was responsible for the BRD, SRS and technical documentation as well as being a part of the go-to-market strategy discussions. As the current COO for QuickInfo, a mobile marketing company, I have mapped all the processes and operations of the company. I am responsible for the CRM and sales structure as well as all client contracts and marketing rules and regulations. I have optimized the current product offering and I am creating a structured development and release environment for updates and changes to the services. Held various temping positions at Adecco while I worked through my MA studies, these included office work as well as warehouse and logistics functions.

Being able to develop the night shift, including the managing and selection of team members, were just a few of the functions I fulfilled. While in this position I was able to reduce the timeframe of the deployment of goods. Later on I would change the structure to a more natural managerial framework where everyone on the night shift had equal responsibility, which showed me the value of the individual's capabilities. The results of this change were a significant increase in overall productivity as well as a general feeling of satisfaction among the night shift.
