Consulted on a project with GuestLogix in Canada to bring a mobile certification method to their new on-flight, on board product offering. I was the Danish project lead, working with a team from Denmark, India and Canada. As the project lead I was responsible for the BRD, SRS and technical documentation as well as being a part of the go-to-market strategy discussions. Working within a waterfall regime proved to be just as natural for me as an agile environment as my team was the only team ahead of schedule and quality.Key Achievements:- Re-engineered go-to-market strategy- Developed an overall BRD and SRS- Responsible for a burn down rate of 2.5- Implemented newer features and tested them in conjunction with expected tasks- Managed meetings and specification flows across three continents

As the current COO for QuickInfo, a mobile marketing company, I have mapped all the processes and operations of the company. I am responsible for the CRM and sales structure as well as all client contracts and marketing rules and regulations. I have optimized the current product offering and I am creating a structured development and release environment for updates and changes to the services. I am the current product owner and roadmap developer for QuickInfo services as well which includes strategizing and consulting with stakeholders on a day to day basis.Key Achievements:- Created a truly agile project management environment reacting to day to day challenges - Created a stable development environment- Mapped processes and operations as well as optimized client strategy- Began taking Quick Info as a service global with our first successful international roll-out in Hong Kong- Completed successful negotiations with tier 1 gateway service providers- Developed a sales strategy for an international market and promoted sales in Denmark.

As an integral part of the sales and development team, I was instrumental in developing our international client portfolio and handling all of the company’s client relationships. I managed multiple projects, including the implementation of Scrum, CRM templates and the website. In the role of the Project Coordinator I have been the Scrum Master and project manager for the ScreenTicket platform. Some of the projects I have successfully initiated were: benchmarking the mobile marketing sector, outlining VAR’s, system integrators, and aggregators both in Denmark and abroad. Later on I would change the structure to a more natural managerial framework where everyone on the night shift had equal responsibility, which showed me the value of the individual's capabilities. The results of this change were a significant increase in overall productivity as well as a general feeling of satisfaction among the night shift.
