- Execute C-Suite and VP-level searches for private equity, venture capital, and family office backed portfolio companies within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, energy & renewables, infrastructure, construction, healthcare, life sciences, consumer, retail, and technology/engineering arenas.- Quickly gain a deep understanding of each client, their organizational structures, and core values to represent them in the marketplace and convey their stories in a compelling manner to recruit the strongest talent.- Collaborate on development of client engagements impacting all deliverables across the life cycle of each unique search. Originate new business development opportunities, from preparation to participating in competitive pitches with any/all key client stakeholders.
