Very early software engineer on IBM mainframes (1968), engineering on a new telecommunications system for IBM, First management position (1972), Senior Engineering Manager on first IBM Mini Computer, 2 years in Paris for IBM France, 7 years in Boca on original IBM PC team (please read "Too Blue" available on Amazon), Lab Director of IBM Boca Raton, Vice President of the IBM Advanced Workstation Division in Austin Texas, 6 years at Xerox as Vice President of workstation development and the President of Xsoft, followed by 4 CEO positions at small high tech telecommunication companies all in California. (these ranged from clean-up and turn arounds to a blank 'sheet of paper' start-up. Retired now but still enjoying learning and sharing where I can be of benefit.
