• Represented clients in employment disputes, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, breach of contract, whistleblower, restrictive covenant, and wage and hour cases• Worked on six class action lawsuits against financial firms, including one that resulted in a $24 million settlement that was successfully defended on appeal• Worked on several individual lawsuits from initial intake through settlement

• Worked directly with all of the Court’s judges - including now-Justice Barrett - on a wide variety of cases• Assisted in drafting 105 dispositive decisions, including 30 precedential opinions• Attended oral arguments and participated in conferences during which judges discussed proposed orders for cases decided without oral argument• One of two members of nine-person class invited to stay for third year
