Created a NACo Prescription Drug, Health, and Dental Discount Card Program, saving $600M; lauded as the most significant member exclusive program in NACo’s history with 46% county participation. Spearheaded strategic alliance with CVS, securing a $3 million sponsorship agreement for a NACo Health Discount Program. Represented the national association at state and county meetings. Facilitated NACo’s membership information inclusion in the ASAE book, 7 Measures of Success.

Responsible for chapter relations, chapter exhibits, direct marketing, membership recruitment/retention, association surveys, vendor management, member customer service response and mailing list rentals.Increased membership level to its highest level in association history from 17,000 to more than 19,000 members. Helped lead the re-branding of the organization's logo to emphasize construction industry stakeholder collaboration and developed strategic branding plan using exhibits and association materials for over 100-chapter meetings.
