Andrew is an experienced leisure and tourism industry executive having successfully grown a range of businesses across Australia for the past 20 years.Andrew has held Director, Chief Executive Officer and General Management positions across a variety of leisure assets including Theme Parks, Waterparks, Family Entertainment Centres, Adventure Experiences & Luxury Boat Share operations.A former long-term executive of listed company Ardent Leisure (ASX 200: AAD), in 2012, Andrew ventured out to create his own company, Next Level Solution.Andrew’s experience is also uniquely complimented by two successful stints in the Australian manufacturing industry.Andrew is a business improvement specialist, with a proven history and credibility as a leader who improves an organisation’s performance and also has significant development experience ranging from new Waterparks and FEC’s to individual rides and venue refurbishments.His most notable projects include WhiteWater World waterpark on the Gold Coast, SkyPoint Climb – Australia’s highest external building walk atop the world’s tallest residential tower & 2012 Winner of the Queensland Tourism Awards plus North-Strathfield FEC (Australia’s largest at time of launch).Through his company Next Level Solution, Andrew has also specialised in providing high level consultancy services to the leisure industry, ranging from feasibility studies, master planning, operational management and improvement, to contract negotiation, project management and everything in-between. Andrew has also held seats on multiple boards.
