For me, finance is about more than just numbers—it’s about solving real-world problems. This is why, as I pursue my BSBA in Finance, I am eager to gain hands-on experience in the financial sector. While my focus is on building a strong foundation in finance during my undergraduate studies, I also aspire to pursue law school in the future to deepen my understanding of how finance and law intersect and to better equip myself to address multifaceted challenges in both fields.I am currently a first-year student at the University of Florida studying Finance on the Pre-Law track. My interest in finance was sparked through graduating in the Mark R. Russel '67 Center of Excellence in Business & Entrepreneurship at Marianapolis Preparatory School in 2024. This program gave me the opportunity to complete an internship and capstone business plan even before attending college.Now, at the University of Florida, I am continuing to develop this passion for finance, enhanced by my participation in both the Honors Program and the University Research Scholars Program, which will allow me to complete research in the financial field during my undergraduate years. As a member of Gator Wealth and Asset Management, I have found a passion for financial planning that I am committed to continue pursuing.Looking ahead, I aspire to attend law school to further enhance my ability to navigate the complex legal aspects of the financial world.
