Andrew has over 18 years of experience in the Chicago real estate and construction marketplace actively engaged in the design, project management, construction phase administration, and commissioning of engineered solutions for commercial and institutional clients. Andrew has extensive experience as the principal designer and Engineer-of-Record of MEP systems, including mechanical heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. He has a wide breadth of experience optimizing the performance of a variety of buildings, including new and renovated museums, airports, data centers, high-rise residential buildings, mixed-use retail developments, corporate tenant interiors, shell and core base buildings, educational environments, and government facilities.
