I have been an Owner's Representative since 2015 for a large school district. I have managed all aspects of construction including the rewarding of contracts to the design teams and construction management firms. I was then responsible that my projects were completed on-time, on-budget and with the quality control mandated by our district standards.I also have nearly 20 years of experience in heavy commercial construction project management from bid phase through completion/close-out. This work has given me an understanding of all areas of construction including but not limited to cost control, estimating, scheduling, safety management, change management, planning, etc. The experience I have gained throughout the course of my career has made me an expert in this industry.
