- Fleet and Corporate sales- Dealership appointments/ terminations, as well as Dealer peformance management

- Setting the F&C Sales Business Plan- Eastablishing fleet, corporate, SME, FMO and government relationships

- Acting management and leadership of the entire Subaru business in New Zealand, involving P+L, Sales, F&C Sales, Finance, Marketing, Network Development, Service and After Sales

- Leading of the team on Purchasing, Disposals, Maintenance and Remarketing for all Operating Lease vehicles

- Management of the Fleet Service operations, across Customer Service, Settlements, Accounts, Collections and Maintenance

- Process review and training of operations with TFS

- Product management of Motor Retail (consumer automotive finance) with receivables of $2.6 billion and Wholesale with receivables of $600 million- Special Project management surrounding introduction of GST and Y2K- Dealer pricing and commission plan approvals- Scorecard management- Secretariat responsibilities for AGC Staff superannuation fund

- Supervision of regional team, including Lending, Settlements, Wholesale, as well as Dealer training

- Acceptance and wholesale
