Andrew founded DCODE GROUP with the goal to develop custom software solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients. While there are a lot of off-the-shelf solutions out there; these aren't always the best fit. Our aim is to work on projects that don't fit the mould and require us to design and develop software based on requirements of the customer.Andrew's background allows him to look at projects/problems in a unique way. He not only has a software development background; but is also an Accountant, Real Estate Agent and Business Broker - with experience in consultancy, business process re-engineering and total quality management. This allows him to identify unique and simple ways to solve complex problems with software.Andrew has been involved in the design, planning and launch of range of innovative software projects - including start-ups, SAAS solutions, bespoke eCommerce applications, workflow management solutions and more. Some leading innovations include Visy's Product Catalogue, Xero's Paypal Calculator and the Victorian Government's Developer Portal, to name a few.Having previously represented Australia in sport, both as an individual and training partner to gold medal winning athletes, Andrew has a history of high achievement and will work hard to ensure that you and your business see operational efficiencies and improved performance from the implementation of strategies and software solutions.Andrew's passion for custom software; the DCODE GROUP team; and a desire to deliver amazing solutions for our clients ensure that DCODE GROUP continues to grow and attract a high calibre of clients and projects.
