A little about myself is that I am a experienced project manager for more than 7 years managing a team of 5 up to a team of 20 people in the past. Implementing processes, executing tasks and eliminating constraints and risks under different types of methodologies -Agile development mostly. Throughout these experiences I have scaled, automated and optimized several organizational and operational structures resulting to an efficient and objective-driven workflow for my clients.
