Reporting to the CEO, I’m responsible for driving the business forward by utilising the latest technologies and maintaining a high-level of IT security.Key responsibilities:• Vendor and partner management in an outsourced IT environment – helpdesk, ERP etc. • Management of the Group’s communication infrastructure and IT development roadmap• Responsible for Oracle NetSuite ERP system including EDI integrations etc. • Development of IT security controls and countermeasures • Leadership and development of the IT team • Enterprise digitalisation including website, SharePoint intranet, and Microsoft tools • Proactive and hands-on approach to IT service management• Management and development of IT policies & procedures, ISO & IATF certifications etc.• Responsible for the Group IT budget – cost reduction initiatives & investment planning Key achievements:• Group implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP system and automated workflows• Migration of all IT systems and services to be 100% cloud-based - lean and agile organisation• Implementation of group HR solution (Linkity) to standardise HR management• Delivered cost savings of c 30% through contract negotiation and usage analysis • Review of IT security posture and deployment of SSO, MFA, trusted device policies etc. • Implementation of Mendix smart manufacturing system to improve shop floor operations• Implementation of Group Disaster Recovery plan and IT controls for IATF certification
