I joined PCG to create their HR Communications Department in conjunction with their new publication, HR Innovator. This department quickly grew into a million dollar department servicing a variety of companies from the transportation industry to the medical field to restaurants and just about every other industry out there. As the department's director, I managed sales, client support and creative teams to ensure top level production from my corner of the building. This was a deadline driven department as we worked with a multitude of media with individual deadlines spanning every time zone and unique and specific requirements. A sharp eye for mistakes, a vast array of savvy creative ideas, well rounded multi-media negotiating & buying skills, and working with daily deadlines became my minimum standard ensuring me to perform with excellence under pressure as well as becoming a master of small space advertising backed by large scale, seaonal strategies.I was able to transfer many of my HR Clients into other aspects of PCG creating greater revenue streams based upon a truly positive and client focused environment I fostered in the department.
