Main responsibilities include:• Meeting with potential clients to understand their requirements, pitching Reyker's services and drafting fee proposals. • On boarding new clients by liaising with all stakeholders to ensure legal and process frameworks are in place.• Completing research projects into competitors, current markets and new initiatives.• Providing ad hoc support such as completing due diligence on clients and responding to client queries.

FMC Ltd is a boutique management consultancy and global headhunting firm recruitment firm based in the UK servicing a diverse range of global blue chip clients. Main responsibilities included:• Project managing multiple assignments and client relationships, making sure that work was delivered on time and exceeded expectations. • Design of primary research programmes and management of human resource to successfully execute them.• Analysis of primary and secondary data from which I drew strategic conclusions.• Face to face delivery of project findings to clients.• Report and presentation writing.Key achievements:• Researched, created and presented a full market analysis of an entire business operation to the board of directors of a private equity backed company.• Continually increased profitability by developing various statistical calculators which now mean that standard data analysis for clients can be completed in minutes rather than hours.• Managed a research project for one of the largest regional Co-operatives in the UK which covered 19 locations and required the sourcing and management of 14 external personnel.Example projects:• A private equity company with an enterprise value of £40 billion asked FMC to analyse a complete industry sector within the UK. My role focused on investigation of the financials, results and operations of the largest operators, statistical analysis of key demographics and production of the report. This project allowed the client to make a final strategic decision.• FMC is a retained consultancy to a company operating over 60 funeral homes throughout England. Projects ranged from local market data analysis to mystery shopping. Lead times were very short, requiring excellent time management. My work helped this company understand the current markets they trade in, aspects of the operational side of the business they could improve and start-up areas so far not exploited.

Main responsibilities involved :• Completing primary research by liaising with industry professionals over the phone or in person and carrying out desk research to source relevant information.• Supporting account managers and fee earners to provide strategic marketing services to a wide range of private and public sector companies.• Data analysis and financial modelling, from which I drew conclusions and helped to develop strategic recommendations for clients.

Le Friquet is a busy garden centre with a weekly turnover of £200K, employing around 40 people.• Responsible for fast and efficient stock checks on all delivered items before they entered the store, requiring great attention to detail. • Constructed furniture, BBQ’s and other goods before assisting in their delivery to customers.• Working on the tills was an extra job role that was required of me, providing cover for absent members of staff and helping during periods of high activity.

Fleur du Jardin is a family run restaurant, hotel and bar able to cater for up to 120 covers and with 12 double rooms:• Prepared and served drinks whilst also and taking orders in a busy, high pressure environment.• When required, switching to the role of a waiter to help increase customer service and turnover.
