The Global Security Operations Center Operator is responsible for using best practices to identify, analyze, and support all incidents that are either impactful or potentially impactful to business, the brand and or employees. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, possess critical thinking skills and be detail oriented. This position is responsible for using best practices for communicating information surrounding those incidents to leadership as appropriate. The GSOC Operator will monitor cameras and alarms, dispatch associated calls via telephone and radio, operate access control technology, and provide general assistance to both employees and guests. The GSOC operator supports headquarters and field teams as they prepare for, respond to, and recover from both crisis and non-crisis incidents.

As a guard at Metro One I guard property while being a front face for the company we are guarding. I greet guest and their employees while protecting property and personal.

As a 3D modeler, my primary responsibilities are to design and build 3D models based on the specifications of my clients. Being self-employed, I had to work jobs for the client on a case-by-case basis. I had to use time management to able to work at this freelance job efficiently while maintaining a full time job. I had be able to take on new positions and responsibilities on the fly to help meet deadline goal in all decisions, with little to no cross training. With the lead position of the company I managed a team with good communication to set deadline, motivates team members and assess performance. The game being made in Unreal Engine, I had to manage the team work making sure the the quality of the models work with the limitations of the engine. This included but not limited to, texture packing, poly density of models, and making sure the draw calls of models were low. I also helped provided help with hiring and training, and kept upper management updated on team performance.
