This was a Salesforce Community project. I focused my efforts on designing the user experience and user interface for the new Hoover Support Community. I architected the solutions that were later implemented in the community.

As the Solutions Architect and Lead UI/UX Designer for Activision, I led the development of a custom gamification system to enhance user engagement within the support community. My responsibilities included overseeing the entire UI/UX design process, from initial concepts to high-fidelity designs, using tools like Adobe XD and Photoshop. I developed a responsive and engaging interface using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. My expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud ensured seamless integration of gamification features. Additionally, I provided clear solution architecture and managed agile project processes, maintaining active communication with stakeholders to align with Activision's strategic goals.

This was a Salesforce Community Project. Lead discovery and design sessions with Perficient and Intuit's teams to craft a unique and catered user experience for Intuit’s developer help community. I collaborated closely with the client to extract key information, then interpreted that information into the design and communicated the design to the developer on the project to come up with a finished project that left the client very pleased.

This was a Salesforce Community Project. I facilitated the discovery and design sessions with Perficient and Hulu’s teams to nail down the best possible user-experience-based solutions for Hulu’s Help community. I also developed the front-end for all of the solutions and assisted in communication between the client requirements and the development of the project as a whole. Also assisted in the testing and deployment of the project.

This was a Salesforce Community Project. Capital Associated Industries came to me with a massive project well over 50+ pages to their community. I worked very closely with the client and the developer to craft a unique user experience to not only help sell their products, but to have their customers come to the community and gain benefit on a regular basis.
