I joined Avanade Portugal, following a carrer at Accenture that started in 2000, with the goal of bringing the best of Accenture and Microsoft through Avanade services to Portugal. I am Director at Avanade I am part of the Financial Services operating group where I am Accountable for sales, revenue targets and project delivery. These translate into activities related to proposals, conceptualizing solutions, estimating effort, costs and delivery planning; while on projects I've been responsible for the delivery of different project types acting as Program / Project Manager, Technical Architect, Application Architect, Change Manager and Subject Matter Expert. I hold a very broad knowledge of IT having participated in a wide range of projects such as IT Strategy, IT Processes and Governance design and operationalization and software development while also being involved in transformation projects aligning strategy, organization and processes.
