We successfully launched a market screener and the scalping terminal stakan.io.I spearheaded the creation of a landing page within 2 weeks to gauge market demand, developed an MVP in just 1 month, and secured our first B2B client within 3 months.My role involved extensive market research, building landing pages, testing hypotheses, and working closely on product development. I contributed to marketing and advertising efforts, negotiated B2B deals, and drove sales. I worked closely with our development team, personally testing the product and writing press releases for updates. Additionally, I set up and managed product analytics using Posthog.This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to bring a product from concept to market, while also balancing the many aspects of running a startup.
