I'm Andrew Spikes, and I am the Founder and CEO at Missio. I served as an International Digital Marketing Manager and then Head of Global Advertising at UPS, where I oversaw digital marketing in 52 countries. My life’s goal is to find purpose and value in everything that I do. From working on a chicken farm at the age of 15 to developing successful marketing strategies to increase brand share and product sales, I have always pursued excellence. Luckily, I found purpose very quickly while working on that chicken farm; I didn't have to work there too terribly long. Since my very educational chicken farm experience, I have had the opportunity to manage profitable marketing programs at Fortune 50 companies, build long-lasting partnerships with some of the brightest marketers in the world, and achieve a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). My life and career experience has taught me this: if my left and right brain were hands, I would be ambidextrous. I love making new professional acquaintances.
