Serving as the Subject matter expert in LearningSOurce by providing resolution to complex curriculum and course issues. Continually served as the subject matter expert for the Learning Management System (LMS) for the past 5 years. Provide guidance to employees and managers on LearningSOurce (LMS) course selection and training requirements. Create instructor led and online courses so that training requirements can be met. Provide technical support on the system as well as provide training classes on the tool.
