Project Leader supporting Accounts Receivable and related financial systems.Responsible for several onsite and offshore contractors.System Administrator for IVR system.Developed various ad hoc processes to expedite application of payments to Accounts Receivable.One process utilized converted extracts from data warehouse into Excel spreadsheets currently used by payment application associates. Sorted and reformatted data to simplify work. Next step in the process extracted data from completed spreadsheets and uploaded to IBM Mainframe where an existing batch job posted data to accounts. Saved over 200 hours of overtime every month end.

Architected and developed extension to Tool Inventory Control System used at the main hangar at the Louisville airport. Extension tracked previously "expendable" items that seemed to disappear at a faster than expected rate. Project saved over $50,000 / year once deployed.Created application to randomly select pilots and other personnel subject to the FAA's random drug screening process.Due to demonstrated abilities on two projects above, selected to a new team responsible for transitioning support of the Customs Brokerage application from New Jersey to Louisville. Many months of planning and several weeks of travel to New Jersey resulted in smoother than anticipated transition.
