During this period Andrew has developed particular skills in the management of the tunnelling and geotechnical design process on major civil engineering infrastructure projects. He is a project and design manager with proven experience of delivering efficient designs to budget and schedule. Andrew has been actively involved in tunnelling and geotechnical aspects of major infrastructure projects where he has been responsible for the full range of tunnel design (soft ground, mixed ground and hard rock) and geotechnical design issues including geological and geotechnical assessments, site investigation, foundations, slope stability and maintenance, blasting, tunnelling and underground construction works.
