Strategically retained following merger to provide commercial oversight of the Cleanevent commercial structure and realign corporate accounting and finance functions within the Australian business. Spearheaded the formation of a new company in Qatar to service the Doha Asian Games, including developing an exit strategy, tax effectiveness, and a legacy of local infrastructure benefits, followed by a return to Australia to support growth of the local subsidiary.
